By accessing or purchasing from Etchture Co, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and services.

Digital Products

All themes sold by Etchture Co are digital products delivered electronically. Customers are responsible for downloading, storing, and backing up their files.

License to Use

Purchase of a theme grants a limited, non-transferable license to use the theme files as outlined on our Licensing page. Ownership of the original design and intellectual property remains with Etchture Co.

No Resale or Redistribution

Theme files may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, shared publicly, uploaded to marketplaces, or repackaged in any form.

Payments

Payments are processed by trusted third-party payment processors. Etchture Co does not store full payment card information.

Refunds

Refund eligibility is described on our Refund Policy page. All sales are final once download access has been granted, except in cases of system error or technical delivery failure.

Theme Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring compatibility with their chosen hosting environment, platform version, and any third-party plugins or integrations.

Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, copy, images, and code are owned by Etchture Co unless otherwise credited. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

No Income Guarantees

Etchture Co themes and resources are educational and design tools. No guarantee is made regarding income, traffic, sales, or business outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

Etchture Co shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the themes or related services.
